Instructions for Authors

Oral Contributions

All presentations will have to be given in presence. Online presentations will not be possible. A laptop and beamer will be available. Authors will receive an upload link prior to the conference, as well as information on the duration of their contribution, as this depends on the number of submitted abstracts.

Poster Contributions

The maximum space for poster presentations is A0 portrait format (width: 841 mm, height: 1189 mm). Poster spaces will be available for accepted abstracts only. Posters will be up for the entire duration of the summer school.
